Agree the same terms

Discuss the service, appointment time, location, full price, travel charge and payment schedule. Both customer and professional must explicitly accept the same version. Changed terms require fresh acceptance.

Keep the booking together

Messages, accepted terms and verified payment records stay with the booking. Direct contact details are released after the agreed deposit is verified, unless Sherry approves an exception.

Payments are being connected

M-Pesa collection and other payment options are not active yet. Sherry Crown will collect agreed customer payments and arrange provider disbursement separately. No payment is confirmed by a customer button or uploaded screenshot alone.

Changes and concerns

Use the booking conversation to ask for changes. Open a dispute from your agreed booking if needed. Sherry reviews completion, cancellations, refunds and payouts.
